How submissions work
The payout you see is what we pay
There's no separate quote step. The total at the bottom of your batch is exactly what you'll be paid, assuming the items match the condition you selected. We don't change payouts after submission.
Match the condition to what you're sending
Stuff happens. Sometimes a “working” item arrives non-working, or a “Complete in Box” game shows up missing the case. When that's the case, we adjust the payout to match the actual condition (a non-working “working” game drops to the For-Parts payout, for example). For items that aren't salvageable, we may not be able to pay out for that item. Adjusted items stay with us instead of being shipped back, so please double-check your condition selections before submitting.

What we don't accept
Items that don't meet these basics may be deducted or not paid out at all, and we don't ship items back. Please review carefully before sending.
- Games must be in 8/10 condition or better. No deep scratches, no missing artwork, no water damage. Light shelf wear is fine.
- Discs and cartridges must be clean and readable. Heavy scratches or visible damage that affects play means we can't quote them.
- No third-party generic accessories. Only original-brand controllers, cables, and peripherals. No off-brand replacements.
- North American releases only. PAL, NTSC-J, and other region imports aren't part of our buy list.
- Systems must be fully operational. Original power cables and at least one matching controller, in good cosmetic shape.
