What do you buy?

Used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories from PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Sega, and most retro platforms. If you don’t see your platform in the payout list, you can still list items as free-text on the submission form.
Is the payout I see really what I get paid?

Yes. The payout list is your quote. The total at the bottom of your batch is exactly what we’ll pay, as long as the items match the condition you selected on the form. No waiting for a follow-up email, no separate review step. What you see really is what you get.
What conditions do you accept?

New / Sealed, Complete-in-Box (CIB), Missing Manual, and Loose. We don’t buy items that are broken beyond use, heavily scratched, or in worse than 8/10 cosmetic condition.
What happens if my items arrive in worse shape than I selected?

Stuff happens. Sometimes a “working” item arrives non-working, or a “Complete in Box” game shows up without the manual. In those cases we adjust the payout to match the actual condition (so a non-working game drops to the For-Parts payout, for example). For items that aren’t salvageable at all, we may not be able to pay out for that item. Adjusted items stay with us instead of being shipped back, so please double-check your condition selections before submitting. And if you ever disagree with an adjustment, just email us at xpgames4less@gmail.com. We’re reasonable and happy to work something out.
When do I get a free shipping label?

Batches with a catalog estimate of $300 or more qualify for a free prepaid label. As soon as you submit, we generate a Canada Post or UPS label, email it to you, and show it on the confirmation page. Drop the package off within 72 hours, otherwise the label is voided automatically and you’ll need to request a new one.
What if my batch is under $300?

You can still ship at your own cost (provide a tracking number when you do), or pick local pickup if you’re in our service area. If you’re close to the threshold, adding a few more items often gets you over the line and unlocks the free label.
Where do I send my package if I’m shipping it myself?

Use a tracked service so you can email us the tracking number when you ship. We e-Transfer your payout 24 to 48 hours after the package arrives and is verified. Pack carefully, we aren’t responsible for damage in transit before the package reaches us.
Where do you offer free pickup?

Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Clarington, Courtice, Scarborough, Markham, and surrounding parts of the Durham region / Toronto GTA. The submission form will check your postal code; if you’re outside our area, you can still ship.
Can I drop off my items?

There’s no storefront to drop off at. XPGames is a pickup and mail-in service, not a retail store. If you’re in our service area, we come to you for free; and if you’d rather not have us at your door, just choose “Meet at a public spot” on the submission form and we’ll meet you somewhere convenient like a coffee shop. Outside our area, shipping is just as easy.
Do you have a store? What are your hours?

No retail location. We’re a local pickup and mail-in buyback service, so there are no store hours to plan around. Submit a batch or call any time that suits you; if we can’t pick up right away, we’ll respond the same day to sort out the details.
How and when do I get paid?

Local pickup: cash or Interac e-Transfer the moment we collect your items. Paid on the spot.
Shipped to us: Interac e-Transfer within 24 to 48 hours of your package arriving.
Can I give you a phone call?

Sure. If you have a question, call us at289-806-2003. Not sure about a condition, whether we buy something, or how pickup works? We’re happy to talk it through. The fastest way to actually sell is the submission form. The payout list is your quote, so your batch is locked in the moment you submit, no back-and-forth needed. If we miss your call, leave a voicemail and we’ll get back to you the same day.
Is my information safe?

We only collect what we need to complete the transaction (name, email, phone, address for shipping/pickup). We don’t share or sell customer data.
