Look up your items
Use our payout list to find what we pay for each item. Payouts show separately for New, Complete-in-Box, Missing Manual, and Loose conditions, so there’s no surprise.

Fill out our quick form: pick items from the catalog (or type them in), choose the condition, and add photos for any damaged items. Then choose how to get the items to us.
Start a submission →Ship or schedule pickup
Batches of $300 or more get a free prepaid Canada Post / UPS label generated the moment you submit (drop the package within 72 hours). Smaller batches can ship at their own cost with a tracking number, or schedule a free pickup if you’re in our Durham service area, at your door, or at a public spot near you if you prefer. (We’re pickup & mail-in only. There’s no storefront to drop off at.)
Get paid
Local pickup: cash or Interac e-Transfer the moment we collect your items. Paid on the spot, no waiting. Shipped: Interac e-Transfer within 24 to 48 hours of your package arriving and being verified.
Why we ask for photos
For damaged or non-working items, photos help us give you the most accurate quote up front instead of revising after we receive them.
Honest condition matters
The payout you see is what we pay if items match the condition you selected. If something arrives broken or worse than described, we'll deduct (or won't pay out for that item). We don't ship items back. But if you disagree with a deduction, email us and we'll work it out.
Local to Whitby, ON
We serve the Durham region (Whitby, Oshawa, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Courtice) and parts of the eastern GTA (Scarborough, Markham). No storefront, no drop-offs. We come to you or you ship. Outside our area? Shipping is just as easy.
